From Exit 280 on I-40:
- Travel north on TN Hwy 56
- Continue 7.6 miles and turn LEFT onto Flynn’s Creek Road (the road is immediately past the Dollar General Store on your right and K&K Market on your left)
- Continue 6 miles and arrive at Covenant Rest on the right
