Stay at Covenant Rest

Covenant Rest is a retreat center - and there are many ways to retreat. Because of the individual nature of every event and group of guests that stay with us, each reservation process will be unique. Whether you are hoping to host a ministry retreat, corporate event, artist experience, family reunion, or simply retreat as an individual or couple, we would love to provide the space for you.
We invite you to look over the options below and consider which scenario might work best for your event, and then click Book Your Stay to complete a reservation inquiry. This inquiry will tell us about the event you have in mind, and someone from our staff will contact you to determine how we can best serve you.
rent the gathering room
Our “Gathering Room” - a large meeting room/venue - seats up to 60 people in conference-style, row seating, or 30 people in living room-style seating. The room is well suited to accommodate intimate house concerts, evenings featuring a speaker or storyteller, interactive workshops, or classroom presentations. The Gathering Room features a baby grand piano, smart TV, a nearby restroom, snacks/coffee area, and access to the kitchen to prep refreshments or a single meal. The room can be rented for a one day or night event (12 hours).
rent individual bunk rooms
If you have a small group of overnight guests visiting Covenant Rest and do not have need of the entire house, individual bunk rooms and their respective bathrooms may be rented at a pro-rated fee.
Guests will have access to Covenant Rest’s large, furnished kitchen and dining room to prepare and enjoy meals together, as well as the Gathering Room to use for fellowship, presentations, workshops, and other retreat sessions. All grounds, walking trails, and Flynn’s Creek access are available for guests to explore.
rent the entire house
If you have a large group (more than 20 people), the entire house may be rented. Included in your rental is access to all 7 bedrooms/bunk rooms (beds for 40 adults) and 6 1/2 bathrooms.
Guests will have access to Covenant Rest’s large, furnished kitchen and dining room to prepare and enjoy meals together, as well as the Gathering Room to use for fellowship, presentations, workshops, and other retreat sessions. All grounds, walking trails, and Flynn’s Creek access are available for guests to explore.
Don’t want to cook?
Covenant Rest does not currently provide or serve meals, but we have many friends in Jackson County and the surrounding areas who would love to cater meals for your event. Covenant Rest staff is available to facilitate the arrival and setup of meals.
